In What You Can’t See

NOW FAITH is the assurance (the confirmation, the title deed) of the things [we] hope for, being the proof of things [we] do not see and the conviction of their reality [faith perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the senses] (Hebrews 11:1 Amplified Bible).

Faith “is” and has “substance.” But, faith’s evidence can’t be seen with your natural eye at the start. Because, faith is what you are hoping for, as seen from the eyes of your born-again heart– that is, what God has promised you through His word. Faith is being assured of and obedient to God’s commandments; that whatever the Bible has proclaimed it will come to pass – that’s visualizing  through your heart of faith in believing (being steadfast and unmovable) what you’ve hope for will take place, “What do you mean, ‘If I can’?” Jesus asked. “Anything is possible if a person believes (Mark 9:23 NLT).”

As a testimonial – as I was waiting in my car for an appointment and writing this section to post on the Internet – Linda called me with a tremendous praise report. She had a very challenging health report from the doctor a number of months back and was asked to have ultrasound testing, which she did about two weeks previously. She called to let me know that all was benign. We praised the Lord and prayed over the phone together – giving Him the glory for all of His goodness.

God is true to His word – He only has the best planned for our life – a future with hope and without harm! Right now, with whatever you’re facing in life – He’s asking you to have faith in Him. It’s never too big or too small of a problem with God – His only desire for you in life, is His best!
